Ediliza Delgado is my neighbor, she is also a preschool pupils. When I came to their house to observed her and she tell about herself this is one some description that she give to me. My name is Ediliza Delgado I am Afraid to socialize to others because in my asthma.
I choose Ediliza Delgado as my client because I know how she afraid to social interaction with other because on her asthma. My goal here as the therapist of Ediliza Delgado I want to her to have self confidence and self esteem to her self, I want also to realize my client that her asthma is not obstacle to her life and to gain
Section C: Presenting Problems
As I conduct an observation to their house the child opened her problems to me, she said to me that I don't like that I have an asthma because I want to play with my friend until I feel tiredness but how I can I should do that I going to try to play my asthma attack. In that sick I am afraid to socialize to others because I don't want to have many friends because I know that they always tell to me to play, I know that If I were going to play with them I am surely that my asthma attack.

- When I conduct an observation in their house I can say that Ediliza Delgado is happy to their home. Because her father and mother are always there to her if her asthma attack and she give support that she need to her parents. And also she is happy because she have a brother that can play with her but sometimes she cannot play with her brother because her asthma attack she don't like too see, that her brother saw her asthma attack.
- In that graph she have only one friend because she afraid to socialize to others because she always think that if they became friend of course they play but its not good if she play too much because maybe her asthma attack, that her always think.
D.4 Personality dynamics Self mastery
When I conduct an interview with the child named Ediliza Delgado about herself and her feelings. The first that she told to me that she is afraid to socialize with others and play with others because she always think that every time she feel tiredness her asthma attack.
She also said to me I always asked my mother why I am sick why others don't have an asthma and after I asked my mother I always cry because I don't know what should I do, Ediliza said to me.She also said to me that I always want to play with others until I feel tired But how can I do it if I have an asthma that every time I play too much my asthma attack.
She also said about in her school, when the first day of schooling she is quite and one time the child go to her asked her named, Ediliza give her name to the child and the child gave her named to Ediliza, the name of the child is Cherryl after a few weeks they became a friend she also said to me she have only one friend in their school because she don't like to have many friend if they play too much her asthma attack.

First is the relation with her parents, she said to me that its okay because her parents gives that a child needs like her. They gave love,care,shelter and and support that a child needs. My parents are always concern with me in terms of my sick asthma even though that my self confidence loses but still my parents are always strong to me they always say to me that my asthma is not the obstacle to your life.
When I asked about the relation with her teacher she laugh and I wondering why she laugh and she told to me the reason, I laugh because my relation with my teacher sometimes is good and bad. Good because she always encourage me to have self confidence and self esteem even though that you have an asthma it is not an obstacle to your life that you have a friend because its better to have many friend than you alone because friend can always say your problems and your feelings can be fine because you release your feelings inside you heart, my teacher always say to me. Bad because sometimes I am not participate she always asked what is my problem and don't like that always asking a question to me.

Ediliza said to me she can eat without the the help of their mother. But I cannot take a bath alone because I don't know how to used the different kinds that will used in taking a bath.
She also said to me that she love to sing a song and my father always coach me how to sing a song with the correct tune in that way me and my father can have a bonding to each other.
As a therapist of Ediliza Delgado according to my observation that I do and my observation that I conduct on their home. Her a asthma is really can affect to her life and to have friend and socializing to others because she always think that if she have a friend of course they play and she don't like that and maybe her asthma attack that is always she think.
Like in the theory of Albert Bandura, Social learning theory emphasizes the importance of observing and modeling the behaviors, attitudes, and emotional reactions of others. Bandura (1977) states: "Learning would be exceedingly laborious, not to mention hazardous, if people had to rely solely on the effects of their own actions to inform them what to do. Fortunately, most human behavior is learned observationally through modeling: from observing others one forms an idea of how new behaviors are performed, and on later occasions this coded information serves as a guide for action.". Social learning theory explains human behavior in terms of continuous reciprocal interaction between cognitive, behavioral, an environmental influences.
Like what Albert Bandura said in his theory, Ediliza is afraid in socializing others because on her past experience that she encounter to her so that she is afraid in socializing to others.
Section F: Prognosis
As my observation start to Ediliza on her situation the first thing that I observed, her always reason behind in afraid to socializing others is her asthma. Because she always think that in socializing others is also to gain friend and we all know that early childhood they always like to play. So that my client always think If she play too much her asthma attack.
But as I observed with her it is only her reason but deep in her side she like to have a friend and to play also.Her need is to explain to her very well that her asthma only attack If she feel tired and also explain to her that she can play but do not tired herself. And also explain to her do not do obstacle your asthma to have a friend, explain to her its better to have a friend for her to develop her social skills.

Section G.1: Knowledge Building
At the end of this therapy my client should be able to realize that her asthma is not obstacle in her life. The knowledge that she can get build here is that awareness and of course as her therapist, I want also my client to have knowledge about her asthma that she can play but is not too much. Like in the activities that I conduct to her is drawing and role playing. First activity that she do is role playing with other child so that she can realize that we have other games that she cannot tired and after role playing the second activity that they do is puzzle in that way the child know that they some alternatives games that she can play she can’t feel tiredness. In those activities that she does, she can realize that they some games that she cannot feel tired and she can enjoy with others.
Section G.2: Social Skills
At the end of this therapy my client should be able to develop her interpersonal skills and gain more friends. And of course as her therapist I conduct some activities that can help her to realize that having friend is very important and also to develop her social skills the activities that I conduct to her is story telling the story is related to having friend and that story she can realize that having friend is very important that its better to have friend than to isolate herself. The last activity I conduct to her is role playing the first thing that I do is to role play her that she alone and role the different character on herself and the second that I do is role playing with other children so that Ediliza realize that if she alone she cannot role the different character and she can realize also on herself having friend is important.

At the end this therapy my client should be able to develop their self confidence and self esteem to herself in socializing others. As her therapist I want my client to develop her self confidence and self esteem so that she can socialize to others that did not think her asthma. And of course as her therapist I conduct some activities that she can develop her self confidence like drama acting in the front of other child so that she can develop her self confidence and another activity is drawing together the other children she can develop her self esteem.

To develop the interpersonal skills, social skills, self esteem and self confidence of the child I conduct some activities for her to realize on herself how it is important in socializing others and to know in herself that her asthma is not obstacle in her life and to have a friend. In developing the self confidence, self esteem, interpersonal skills and social skills of the child, my objectives that I did is based on her problem, I did objectives as well as activities under it.
This is some activities that I conduct to Ediliza for her to develop the social skills, interpersonal skills, self esteem and self confidence this some activities like role playing and puzzle in that activities the child can realize on her own that her asthma is not obstacle in her life. The next activities for her to gain a friend that I conduct a story telling and role playing in that way the child can know that even though she have an asthma s he can play to others and socializing others. The last activity that I conduct are storytelling and drawing for her to develop herself esteem and self confidence in herself.
If this activity will continue and If we were going to explain to the child about her problem she can built their own self confidence and self-esteem.Section K: Summary
The problem of my client Ediliza she is afraid in socializing to others because of her asthma. She is always thinking that she if she is socializing others of course as their young age they always want is playing, because if she is going to play too much her asthma will attack. The main cause of her problem is her asthma because for her, she cannot handle her asthma if it is going to attack. As her problem arise I made up the social theory of Albert Bandura and also I made some activities that is related on her problem so that through that activities she can realize on her own that socializing to others can help to develop her social skills and interpersonal skills.
Conclusion: Therefore I conclude that my client is afraid in socializing to others because of her asthma, my client always think the possible happen if she’s going to play to others that her asthma will attack. So that in this case study the guide of the adult is very important because they need to explain to the child Ediliza that her asthma is not obstacle in her life that she can play to others not too much or maybe there’s some games that she can play to others that she can’t feel tiredness.
Recommendation: I recommend that their parents need to explain to the child about the asthma that didn’t do obstacle in her life.
Section L: Implication
As future educators I learned that even though a little bit problem it is cause a big problem for the child. As their teacher we need to explain to their that even though they have problem do not do obstacle in their life but their inspiration. As a facilitator of young children it is important to assess their problems and explain to them very well what they are experiencing in that problem. If we’re going to assess the problem of young children we learn about the problems that they experience but also it can help in our selves.
We do this case study for us to have background about the problems of our child so that we can easily understand and explain to our child that their problems can be there inspiration.
